Welcome to Orxa! This guide will help you set up your account and workspace so you're ready to start building AI agents. It takes about 2 minutes.

Create your account

Visit the Orxa sign-up page and create your account. You have two options:

Sign up with Email

Enter your name, email, and a password. You'll receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account.

Sign up with Google

Click "Continue with Google" and select your Google account. No email verification needed.

Tip

Google sign-up is faster since it skips email verification.

Set up your workspace

A workspace is your team's home in Orxa. Everything you build — agents, knowledge, integrations — lives inside a workspace.

  1. Enter a name for your workspace (e.g., your company name)
  2. Optionally add a description
  3. Click create
Note

You can create multiple workspaces later. Switch between them using the dropdown in the sidebar.

Navigate the app

Here's a quick overview of the main areas:

Dashboard

See how your agents are performing — conversations, response times, alerts.

Agents

Create, configure, and manage your AI agents.

Inbox

Monitor real-time conversations. Take over from AI when needed.

Access Control

Invite team members, assign roles, manage permissions.

Settings

Profile, workspace settings, notifications, and billing.

Expected outcome

You now have an Orxa account, a workspace, and you know where everything is. You're ready to create your first AI agent!
